Sweet Sticky Rice with Coconut Cream and Black Beans (Khao Niao Tat)

Thai recipe ingredients.

A dry black beans soaked in water overnight, then boil until tender and meat 3 oz.

2 2 cups of rice.

3 1 cup coconut milk

1 pinch salt 4.

5 cups sugar 1 / 3.

Cream topping.

1 cup sugar 1 / 2.

Salt 2 1 / 2 tsp.

3 1 cup coconut milk

4 1 tablespoon tapioca starch.



Preparation of sweet Thai.

1 In two separate bowls, soak black beans and rice overnight.

2 boiled and drained beans, and provision made for Topping.
